My nephew's on 250 mg which is one tablet per day. He gets super pumped up at the gym. It's that ridiculous. Pretty toxic though don't take more than one tablet per day. You have to consume one gram of protein per pound of body weight. Daily. Good luck you're going to be a beast.!!!!
